Q: How do I read the WARSURGE eBooks on my device?
A: If you don't have one already, you need a PDF viewer or reader. Smartphones have access to many free PDF viewers, while computers have access to free PDF viewers as well. An example would be Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Q: Are you going to put the WARSURGE App onto computer?
A: We have plans of making WARSURGE available to many devices including computer. We have a guide for what is available right now in a guide on the website under Game > Connect App to PC (or click here).
Q: My App crashed!
A: Try loading the app again, or restarting your phone. If the problem persists, please contact us in the Support area of the website or reinstall the app (be sure to backup or transfer your data if you can first, or choose to keep your data if the option is available when uninstalling.
Q: Why can I only roll 9999 dice in the WARSURGE App?
A: Why do you need to roll more than that amount of dice? If you roll many millions of dice at once, it will crash your phone. Probably. We certainly crashed ours.
Q: When I edit Weapons in an Armoury, I don't see the Point Cost!
A: This is normal. Units and Weapons are connected to each other to calculate their values. When you edit in the Armoury area, the Weapons are not linked to a Unit, so no Point Cost is available. You can see a Weapon's Point Cost when you edit a Unit, or when you view a Unit that has the Weapon in a Roster.
Q: I have an iPhone and my friend has Android on his phone. Can we still play and share QR Codes?
A: Yes. QR Codes are cross compatible between iOS (iPhone) and Android devices.
Q: What happens if I lose or break my phone?
A: When you own the WARSURGE App on your Google Play or Apple account, you can simply log in to your account and download it on another device.
This means if you get a new device that has Android, you can simply log in to your Google Play account and then download it on the new device. Likewise with Apple devices.
On the other hand, if you have WARSURGE on Android and buy an iPhone, you will need to get the iPhone version of WARSURGE, and vice versa. You can't transfer your purchase from Google to Apple and so forth.
